You can choose a simple refreshing Muesli with Fresh Fruits and Wild Mountain Honey, or indulge in a luxurious glass of champagne with your plate of three decadent offerings - Truffle-scented Egg White Scramble with Sturgeon Caviar, Hokkaido Scallops and Foie Gras Torchon Pate on Brioche.
Available Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, from 9am to 3:30pm. Brunch features breakfast dishes from 9am to 3:30pm and a selection of lunch favourites from 12noon to 3:30pm.
