Dine under the stars and enjoy the cool sounds of the Caravan Jazz Band and vocalist Richard Jackson as they perform jazz, bossa nova, contemporary and easy listening music. American Richard Jackson has been compared to vocal legends including Luther Vandross, Marvin Gaya, Barry White and Ronald Isley. Since arriving on our shores in 2008, he has wowed audiences with his rendition of great jazz classics and charismatic performances.

Restaurant is exclusive to dinner guests until 9:30pm and open to non-dining guests thereafter.
