Halia’s philosophy is simple, to create surprising, memorable experiences by focusing on the integral purpose of dining ~ pure pleasure.

Our cuisine is a marriage of European traditions and light Asian flourishes, of food that is modern yet classical, adventurous yet familiar. In acknowledgment of its unique location, various forms of ginger and its related family are creatively introduced into some dishes and beverage creations, providing accents of ginger aroma and taste from flower, fruit and root.

Beyond the ginger theme, the Halia has, over the span of 10 years, created dishes that have received rave reviews in both local and international media. Signatures of the brand are the Roasted rack of lamb in Javanese spice, Chilean Seabass en Papillote, Prawn Satay Salad with Ginger Flower Dressing, Chilli Crab Spaghettini, Halia’s Rojak and Frozen Ginger Nougat Parfait.

The Halia’s a la carte menu is available for both lunch and dinner.

For a complete experience, each dish is paired with our wine recommendation. Alternatively guests can choose from a comprehensive list of wines, some of which, by special arrangement with wine makers, are available exclusively at the Halia.
